Project OLIVE

This was a beautifully designed ADU in the California Heights neighborhood of Long Beach, CA - 1 bedroom, full bath, plus laundry. French doors, skylights, and well placed windows capture natural lighting. Carefully selected laminate flooring, wood shaker cabinetry, and gorgeous tile selections create a peaceful, gorgeous, and inviting space. Calming paint colors, wood windows to align with historic district guidelines. With proper engineering and planning, we were able to maximize the ceiling height, which makes a huge difference when designing smaller spaces. Our clients look forward to entertaining their guests in this new space. Photography: Weller Photo
